1. If by chance you will not be home for a few days or longer, be sure that it appears   as if someone is at home. You can purchase timers that will turn your lights on and off or even a radio. Make sure to put your mail on hold and stop and newspaper delivery.

How Exactly Do I Meditate?

The traditional way to sit is in a cross legged position, but you can sit in a chair if it’s more comfortable. The most important thing is to keep your back straight. Keep your hands folded in front of you on your lap.

Next you want to close your eyes, but not all the way. Close them about ¾ or the way. You don’t want to fall asleep.
