This is not an article specifically on clothing measurements that you see in clothing stores but instead important measurements that are used when drafting patterns for the body.

Some notes then on measurements:

I will explain to you how to go about a basic meditation practice. The first thing that you need to do is find a nice clean and quite area to sit. Keep your hands folded in front of you on your lap.

Next you want to close your eyes, but not all the way. Close them about ¾ or the way. You don’t want to fall asleep.
