Data Validation in Excel

Using Data Validation to input data into Excel cells can improve your productivity substantially. Surprisingly few people use the data validation feature in Excel!

Data validation is the simple process of inputting data into Excel cells using defined criteria. For example, let’s say, you need to enter the names of the employees in an Excel worksheet regularly. Why think about the spellings or try to remember all the names? You create a list and then arrange the cells in such a way that you can select the names from a drop down list. Similarly, let’s assume you need to enter the prices of items that you sell or the salary of the employees. Create a list!

Getting Information From Your Data in Excel

Once you have data in an Excel worksheet, the next step is to extract information out of the data. For example, a teacher may need to know which students got grade A in Maths, an employer may need to know about all the employees who were absent for more than 3 days in a month or a doctor may need to know how the patient responds to a certain medicine.

called as corset. It was uncomfortable and by no way it gave pleasure
of sexy inner wear. The memory of Kate winslet`s mom in Titanic
painfully strapping her into one would give anyone a feeling about
women`s misery in those times.

Relationship Success 101: Accountability Circles, Peer-Leaders and Your Personal Posse - Part Two

In a previous article I spoke about support groups and how to get started building your support network.  Now we’ll get into the groups you will want to develop for yourself to hold you accountable, celebrate your wins, and keep you on track.

One of the three groups I suggest is your accountability circle.

The purpose of this group is to hold you accountable to your commitments.  Ever notice how much more you accomplish when you’ve committed to someone else?  That’s the power of accountability.  The people (which could be a few as one other person) in your accountability circle can be used to check in with, as well as help problem solve any obstacles which could come between you and your desired goals.

Is There Really Less To Coaching Than Meets The Eye?

As hot debate continues to rage over the thorny issue of what actually comes under the umbrella of “coaching” and what falls outside its remit, it’s time to start being honest with ourselves…

But before we do, I’m becoming increasingly convinced that it’s only coaches who actually care about the semantics! Our clients, in the main, couldn’t give a damn - they just know that they want someone to help them move from where they are to where they want to be!

What An Exciting Picture Of Dynamic Spiritual Leadership As We See Two Old Men And A Lump Of Wood!

What vital lessons can we learn from these words written around 3,300 years ago? There are many sound solid practical relevant lessons if we are willing to make the time to understand.

I have been reading and studying and teaching from the early Chapters of the exciting book of Exodus, and this scenario takes place in Chapter 5 as Moses and Aaron go in to see Pharaoh and ask to be permitted to go and worship the Lord God Almighty.

Pharaoh said, “Who is the Lord that I should obey Him?” I do not know the Lord, and I will not let Israel go. Subject closed!

Mobile Dating Mentality - Go And Grab Or Wait And See?

It is always hard to land a choice between approaching the first match that you get from mobile dating and waiting to see if there’s any better match for you. Go and grab means that you will approach the first match who meets your requirement without further ado. Wait and see means that you will be very picky and will only approach after you find someone who matches your requirement. Often than not, daters are torn between these two choices when it comes to mobile dating.
